Arrival & Departure

Check in from 3 pm - early arrival is possible on request and subject to availability (for a fee)
Check-out time is 12 noon - a later departure is possible on request and subject to availability (for a fee)

Please note the differing booking and cancellation conditions of the individual rates, which are shown in the booking process.

Discounts for children

- In some room categories, it is possible for children to sleep in their parents' room or for a child to share a room with one adult. When booking a room, please note the maximum number of people in each room category. The number of persons, including the children travelling, must always be stated.
- Children up to the age of 4 stay free of charge in their parents' room (when sleeping in their parents' bed). Breakfast and, if applicable, half board are also free of charge. Subject to availability, we are happy to provide you with a baby cot (up to the age of 3). The price for this is EUR 15.00 per night. Please inform us of your request for a baby cot when booking.
- Children from 5 to 12 years stay in their parents' room at a reduced rate (extra bed) and receive a discount on breakfast and half board. These reductions are already included in the room rate offered and when the age of the child is stated.
- Children aged 13 and over are full-paying guests
- If you would like to book a separate room for your children, we will grant you a discount for the 2nd room on request and subject to availability. Please do not hesitate to contact us!

Pets

Bring your animal friend with you on your visit to our hotel. Snuggle up and enjoy your room together.

We charge a flat rate of €20,00 per stay for extra cleaning
Please note that dogs are not allowed in our restaurant

We are moving with the times and offer the possibility of charging electric vehicles. We have a dedicated space with an electric charger in our hotel car park.
